To Twitter or not?
So it seems like everyone is Twittering these days.
I just don't get it.
Then again, I didn't get MySpace and Facebook or even blogs once upon a time. And I have a hard enough time keeping the status on those things updated too. So, I've been debating whether or not to sign up for Twitter. I mean, do ya'll REALLY want to know the mundane stuff I do day in and day out? Like for instance, right now I'm finishing up the rest of the editing of Tracy and Chris' wedding while eating raw Goji Cherry Truffles because I have been trying to do raw again and I have to have my chocolate fix each day.
LOL, seriously do you want to know that stuff? I still find it fascinating that you even find my life fascinating enough to follow my blog, but should I take it the next level and Twitter too?
What do you think? Convince me why I should sign up? If you have it, why do you love it? Because I just don't get it. :-)

I use Twitter because I want to post something, but sometimes it's not enough for a blog entry. Like the other day when I posted to Twitter that I didn't the woman understood that the washing machine washed her clothes for her. Not a whole blog entry but entertaining nonetheless. I don't use it all the time, but I find that the more I use it the more inclined I am to remember I have it. (Sort of like my actual blog.)
Hey Scarlett!
Twittering is totally cool! It's real-time blogging for us psycho-addictive bloggers. Kinda like "Festivus for the rest of us!" LOL!
Check it out - you'll find yourself becoming a twittaholoic right away.
Cheers!

PS, Loving your new site too! I've had a "blog-site" for 2 years & back then when I asked all the web designers what I wanted, they all laughed in my face. Now, who's laughing. Har-dee-har-har! :-)
Like Stacy and David said! Sometimes it just isn't blog material but just little tid bits here and there that you might want to share.
Once you start, you just find yourself twittering away.
Give it a try!
So... I have one... but the last time I updated anything was when I signed up for it... they can send you reminders to update... but I update my status on myspace often and facebook half as often as MS, and twitter, plus myspace, plus blog, plus email, plus text messages.... it's just a lot to keep up with! For me....
But we love to read the small little things that some might not think are blog worthy.. If you get the other thing (i havent even heard of it) then I won't be filled in on all of your stories! Reading your blog is awesome because it shows your work plus some added fun stuff! Stay true to the blog : ) ha ha no twitter
What is twitter? I hope I never find out. It's enough to feel as though you have to log in to myspace and facebook to check things. Then there are the blogs that I keep up with. Have to check email. We don't need another thing to have to keep up with.
I almost got into the twitter a few months ago, but decided against it, a girls gotta have some personal space :)
But then again...I do love to share, lol...
My husband signed me up for it...I STILL don't get it. So therefore, I can't convince you to go for something that I don't understand myself!
I have it and like it (which in and of itself should make anyone run out and get their own right now) ;) Clients and friends have told me they like all my goofy nonsense I twitter about. I mean its fun to type a quick blurb about what you are doing or what you just saw without having to post an entire blog about it. It will also update your facebook status from it so you don't have to log in and do that separate. All that aside, I think the MOST important reason to do it is... all the cool kids are so you totally gots to get on that! ;)
I do have a Twitter account, but I mostly keep it so mom & dad can keep up with those little things that I do! Basically, they know when I'm shooting a wedding (so they don't call!), when I get on/off planes, etc. Makes me feel good to know that someone knows what I'm up to.
I signed up.....but oddly enough haven't had time to even go back to it, lol. The one and only time I was on, i was so lost that I just left, lol. But, I think it would be good if I could remember I have the account or maybe write it into my schedule??lol
And I know for a fact that you're 5 times busier than I am, so I don't know that seems like an awful lot on your plate!!!
Thanks everyone for your feedback! I decided to give in, it's now in my blog intro! Oh gosh, this feels so much more personal, but maybe it will grow on me the way blogs did! :-)
Thanks for all the people who have already added me to follow! This is pretty fun!
